House Rules
• Check in at 2:00pm
• Check out at 11:00am
• Upon arrival, before check-in, you will be required to transfer the amount and you will be refunded the same (subject to no damages, breakages etc*) via cash or bank transfer.
• Please switch off the ACs & geysers when you are leaving the house.
• This is not a pet-friendly property.
• No parties or events.
• No smoking.
• SECURITY DEPOSIT: We take a security deposit of Rs. 10000 (2 to 3 night stay), 15000 (4 to 7 night stay), 20000 (8 to 12 night stay), 30000 (13 to 16 night stay) and 40000 for more than 16 night stay. We take an additional security deposit for children below the age of 14.
• Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days, before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
